Growth Officer: Experience 6 months to 5 years : Age 22-30 years: Graduate or MBA freshers
Area Growth Manager: Experience 4-8 years ( FMCG): Age 28-35 years: Graduate or MBA
Regional Growth Manager: Experience 12-15 years ( FMCG): Age : 30-38 years: Graduate or MBA
Job Description :

Focus on all channels to achieve distribution and display objectives. Always look at the opportunities of opening new accounts
To achieve brand wise and SKU wise secondary and primary sales objectives as per the agreed targets and time
Break secondary sales targets – Distributor wise and DSM wise daily, weekly and monthly for execution, efficiency and to monitor the same
Brief and sell the monthly promos and targets to all distributor and DSM. Explain them clearly the objectives and the benefits for them
Ensure that the DSMs run the units as per the agreed coverage plan
Review the working efficiency of DSMs on daily and weekly basis
Write the distributor claims regularly on a monthly basis and submit them on time to the accounts depts. for process
Submit travel expenses on time as per agreed dates
Send market working report daily to AGM along with market feedback, if any
Review daily sales progress with AGM and also the weekly performance of DSMs
Attend all the review meeting and training program to up-grade knowledge and skills
Maintain and develop good business relationship with distributor network and retail accounts. This will help you in conducting business smoothly
Maintain all the territory data and review it regularly
Job Location : Across Maharashtra
